Losses and Grief: how we treat one another

Remember how in one post I talked about losses and grief and how we are to press through the fire daily?
News flash so be prepared:
Today, I was riding in the car with a coworker of mine listening to my headphones when she announced that a client of ours recently passed on Christmas Eve. He died at a hospital of a disease and everyone was in shock when we heard the news. Please pray for his family!
Starting today and daily, I want everyone who reads this to think about how sometimes and really always we take life for granted thinking we could just go about our business not caring that a Jesus Christ is second coming back for one Bride not many! Get it? I'll let you think about that one for a long, long time.
Tootles my readers!

Merry CHRISTmas

Remember those good old days of singing praises to our God?
Today was a lot different for me and should be for you as well.

Just to let everyone know if you do not have a personal relationship with Him, you are screwed spiritually. True!

Tonight I want you to google the righteous sinners prayer and pray it before He returns! I encourage you to do it right now with this hint: Accept the fact that you are a sinner in need of a Savior, Believe that God raised Jesus from the dead and is sited at the right hand of his Father, Confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord.
Merry Christmas and Jesus Christ bless you all!

I want you to stop and check out this video for a few minutes and please leave your comments below about how it inspired you today.

Losses and Grief: How do you Preserver Through the Fire?

Have you ever lost something near and dear to you like a pet or a personal friend? Well here's my story to give you a clue.

Just the other night I came home from a date with my boyfriend when I found out a friend of mine's doggy got run over. We don't know the status why it happened the way it did, but I just pray that the dog is in Good hands.

Today, I went out of my way after church to buy some flowers and a card for that friend's loss. Please pray for the suffering and grieving that she has to go through.

May the God of Jacob, Abraham and Isaac comfort you if you are suffering through a loss. Share your story below. I'd absolutely love to hear how this God has brought you through.

God Fearing Pregnancy and Babies The truth about Sex

If you're ever wondering what having a baby is like, take a good look at this video. Now, you're probably thinking: "This woman has NEVER had a baby so how can she know?" Newsflash: I know a lot about babies even though I have never had one.

When I was living in Tennessee, I learned about babies the whole nine yards. We were educated with a  annual Sexual Education each semester. We would basically have a chat about sex and watch a video on pregnancy.

Before I moved to Tennessee, I moved from Sunnyvale to a placement in Utah. But when I was there after two weeks, I woke up from a dream that told me I was going to have a son (by birth) and name him Jesus. How silly! But it wasn't my fault, it was the medication I was on.

Now because of the fact that I was not pregnant and I will NEVER become pregnant, I know that it is not okay under any circumstances to lie about stuff like that. But here's the bottom line: The bottom line is if you young women and men (teens and young adults) decide to become pregnant, think about your future first and then the baby's future. Get married. Live together. Get used to the fact of being together for years to come. Then when you're ready and when God feels ready for you and your partner to have a baby, go right ahead. If God says you are ready go for it! I highly encourage you to read 1 Corinthians 7-8 which discusses marriage and sex life before you get started. Just my suggestion.

I hope and pray that you will get to know Jesus a little or a lot more before you do the "deed." Anyway, I am just praying for all my readers out there that they would follow wherever Jesus takes them. Sometimes it's a leap of faith, sometimes baby steps. Who knows?

Hope this reading encourages you all and brings you to salvation in Jesus Christ!

God Bless!

Who Are You In Christ?

You know what I think? I think you and I are more. Check out this video from Mike from Tenth Avenue North.

I think that he explains it well. If you think you are less than anyone or anything, you  need to turn to Jesus.

God Bless!

The Truth About God's Love For Us: The Story Behind My Favorite Christian Band

It's Thursday. You're thinking: "Oh what a drag. I'm ready for tomorrow." The next thing you know you're getting the kids ready for bed, making dinner and packing their lunches for the next day.

But did you ever stop and think about God? Did you ever wonder who he was in the beginning? If not, I understand.

Here's the pointer:

In his video journal, Mike from Tenth Avenue North is talking about how we are to live for God. Pain is a necessary part of life do NOT let anybody tell you different because in order to be healed most times, God has to hurt us deep down. I suggest you take a moment and watch this video. It's REALLY inspiring.

God bless and please look for more videos by this band of Christ like Christians.

Bye!

Inner beauty versus outer appearance: the truth behind looks

Want to know and understand what beauty is? Let's take a look at this video and see what our Lord says versus what our society says.

See what I mean? Now you might think that the price of beauty means looking great and cute and what not. Right? News flash: you are wrong! Unfortunately, 1peter 3:1-6 tells us that inner beauty comes from the heart not from the outer appearance.
You understand what I mean right? Here's an explanation: society treats us ladies like we need outer things to look cute and beautiful. In other words, people will say things like: that doesn't look cute without makeup." What we need to get at as Christians is look at the beauty of the cross and say to others "you look beautiful with or without that material on your body no matter how you dress or wear it!" At the end of the day, who is glorified as beauty queen, no one! Just you and Jesus reigning together. That's how beautiful you look always. Feel free to search for more Christian videos of artists that inspire you and remember: you never have to look one way or another. Just be yourself.

The wedding of 14 years celebration

Ever wonder what it's like to be married to a savior? Well you are in for a treat so sit back and prepare for the ride of your dreams!
When I was 8 years old I came forward and accepted Christ on October 3, 1999.  But that is not enough to fully satisfy my testimony! Here's the real story.

On October 10, 19999 I was immersed into water for baptism. On that beautiful Sunday, both me and Jesus said our wedding vows. My vow was short like this: "I will never marry another unless told to do so otherwise by you my beloved."
His vow: "Tatiana I want you and only you my love! I promise to keep you and seal you with my firry seal of love! That is how much I love you my precious love!"
After we exchanged rings, he took me into his chamber and we sat together In romance!
To tell you the truth it has been sweet 14 years with my Husband! Love on me and kiss me with your kisses of your Word for your love is more delightful than wine!

When is your anniversary of baptism?

Emptiness: how do you get fed spiritually?

Emptiness can come in many different shapes and forms right? The question is how do we get out of our emptiness and not end up like this water bottle?
Let me tell you how.
First you start your day by getting up in the morning when your alarm goes off! I know, I know tough love whatever! But hey it works right? Maybe.
Second, you write in your journal and tell God about your thoughts and dreams you had overnight. Now I know most of you are probably thinking: "how in the world can I journal when I am so tired in the morning?" Easy chessey as my mom would say. You just get it out of your head and put it on paper. Pray if you must. Talk to God. Kiss Jesus with the kisses of your heart and he will kiss you with the kisses of His Word!
Third, find a two year bible reading and read for twenty to thirty minutes each passage. Get yourself into the Word and draw from Jesus the Almighty Well.
Lastly, don't leave without a daily devotional from the App Store. First one I would find is: going deeper everyday. Meditate on its words of encouragement.
I need to go my friends but hope you all take my Godly advice because it came from my Holy Spirit to yours! Happy days!

Crave what now?

What happens when you are craving things like Diet Coke? When happens when you crave the Word of God or Jesus? Crave him instead of wordly things and you will be good.
What I do is when I crave wordly things like coke or coffee is I don't go to it at all. I go to Him and say this simple prayer. "Jesus I am craving whatever. Let me crave you instead. Fill me with your love and overwhelming peace." It works. Try it! I dare you!
Blessings!

Glasses: the truth behind my own eyes

I've been wearing glasses since I was two because of vision problems. Let me tell you the story.
As most of you know, I was born premature at 24 weeks.
I was born a premature child because of labor pains mom felt the night before she went into labor. When she couldn't go back to sleep, she went to work the same day, but left because the pains continued.
Later at the hospital, she was checked in and was induced into labor because of a very ill life threatening fluid infection inherent sac. Plan B was premature delivery.
As soon as delivery took place, I was intubated and put to sleep.
During the next three months, my parents visited me often and regularly recorded stories of children's books and soft songs to listen to so I could feel their presence.
One day my mom and grandma were visiting me when they noticed a group of doctors and nurses around a warming tray far from mine. When the alarms went off it wasn't until everyone was moved out of the intensive care nursery. When everyone returned there was a little bundle wrapped in a plastic bag. A baby died.
Besides that, let me tell you the real reason I wore glasses. I wore glasses because of presure on the eyes causing me not to see very well.
Long story short, the day I got engaged, I lost my glasses. Figures.
Well I hope you enjoyed the story!

The Bride

Ladies and gentlemen: presenting the most famous book out of the Song of Solomon. The Bride.
This book was written for the purpose of sharing with the world about Jesus Christ  and how he wants to be your Husband.
The story is based upon the biblical book for several reasons.
1. It is told that a young shepeardess falls in love with the King of Kings.
2. As she does, she discovers who he is and who she is in his eyes of love.
3. She also discovers that she is destined to rule in royalty with him as his eternal Bride.

If you have never accepted Christ this is your chance! The book you can find at a local Christian bookstore and it's by Rhonda Calhoun. I think you will enjoy it.
If you are a Christian, fall in love with the bible through this book just for revelation. Come. Draw from Jesus. Jesus is the well we need to draw from not each other. If we draw from one another we will always be thirsty. Point yourself and your family to the bible. First scripture I would go to is Psalm 139. Amazing!
Happy blogging and stay safe online!
God bless!

Wake up, wake up!

How do you wake up in the morning?
My bedtime is 10pm and I wake up at 6am. Pretty sweet when you know it's God doing all the waking.
My prayer for you readers is that you will look to The Lord for this outcome. What I mean is that if you want a wake up call, ask God to do it. I love you all.

True faith: how is yours tried?

Today was awesome. I went to work and worked for Jesus.
Then, I went to metro to pay my phone bill. As I was preparing to leave, a homeless woman walked up to me with her dog and asked for change. My Holy Spirit told me to ask her if I could pray with her so I did. Little did I know that it would bring her health and restoration. She was looking for a home plus spare change so she could buy her puppy canned dog food. We prayed and I gave her what I had left. My prayer was basically a sweet fragrance to Jesus. She walked away bless and reassured.

Let me ask you something. Do you believe in what Jesus said when he addressed the disciples and told them, "I tell you the truth, whatever you do for the least of these brothers and sisters of mine you do for me?" Think about that as you ponder his words.
Can you change somebody's life and make a difference by prayer?
God bless!

Being used by God: are you ready?

Let's see what our lives have been like so far.
Have you been living for Jesus and fully emptying yourself before you can be used by Him?
It is important that you look at yourself before you ask him "can I be used?" Look around you. Have you noticed that God uses anybody? You not only need to be used but you need to examine your heart and mind as well as your soul before God can allow it.
I pray that you would think before you ask God if you can be used. God bless.

Fear vs truth and lies

Isn't it true that if we live in fear we are believing a lie? A lead singer was reading a book by an Russian author and the following phrase jumped at him. It read: "Avoid fear; although fear is simply the consequence of every lie."
So, now you have Satan who is known as the "father of lies" telling us to believe something because it's fearful.
Meanwhile, you have God who repeatedly tells us "do not be afraid." True?

What I have learned from this statement is that when the enemy comes along and tells me that it's okay to feel fear, it's really a lie. Can you trace any fear back to a lie? I can but it's not easy at times.

My challenge to you is that when Satan comes along giving you smack, trace that back to whether it's a lie or not. Can you do it?

I know you can!

God bless you readers!

Who do you live your life for? Christ? Yourself?

What has my life been like all this week?
I have had my orientation at MPC. I called my girlfriend up to wish her a happy 20th birthday.
But in the midst of all this stuff, I need to stop and think: what was my part in the kingdom? What role did I play being Jesus' bride? Yes, my blog address me as his bride but the reality is if I don't act like it, who will remember who I was or who God was through me when I leve this planet?
That is my ultimate question to you: at the end of your day who do you want to be remembered as? Who gets the glory, you or God? Think about that as you ponder my words of how important it is to live your life for Christ's sake. Please feel absolutely free to comment and leave questions so I can answer them. God bless everyone!

Just living the life

Today's reading struck me down. As we all know, living a life for Christ's sake is important but it is as equally important that we build our Lord's house heart fully. Take a look.

We may have the biggest dream and passion to buy the most beautiful home for our family oneday, but what if this dream never materialises? Would we still worship and serve God with all our hearts? Our Father wants us to set goals and have dreams for our future, but not at the expense of destroying our relationship with God.

Just because things do not turn out the way we expect, does not give us the right to get angry and bitter at God. Today's words of encouragement are about aiming high and dreaming the biggest dreams of all dreams, while appreciating the challenges and tests of life God allows.

Our dreams, desires, and response to the tests of life affect the house we are to build for our Lord. God is the one who builds the house; let us not forget this key verse (Psalm 127:1). However, if our dreams and passions do not align to God's will for our lives, are we not building the Lord's house in vain? If we respond poorly to the Lord's tests, then are not our foundations poor in the eyes of God?

At this point, let us check our hearts to see if our dreams are aligned to God's will or our selfish desires. Furthermore, how have we responded to the tests our Lord allows? We may haveall the money and power in the world to purchase the most beautiful and the grandest of all homes, but if the Lord does not dwell in it,He might be sending us a very clear message. Are we ready to listen?

Psalm 40:8 I DESIRE to do YOUR WILL, my GOD; Your law is within my heart.

I mean wow!

Salvation comes not of this world but of Jesus

Who is Jesus' bride?
Jesus' bride is a person who has fully surrendered his or her life to him. This way, may sound strange but its like a marriage. How?
When we were created to live in this world, we were sinners because we chose to sin which led us to our eternal death. Some people mistakenly believe that if they do good deeds they will enter eternal life with this Man Jesus. That is where they go wrong. Unfortunately, unless you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, you cannot go to heaven. You go there when you have completely surrendered your everything (and life) to Him. This is one step in the right direction  to life in the Spirit. Here is how you should pray:

Lord Jesus,
I admit I am a sinner and in need of a savior. I thank you for dying on the cross so that I may one day become your Bride and rule and reign with you forever. I accept that you are risen and are seated at the right hand of the Father's throne and will come again. I confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that you are Lord, my Lord and Savior. Amen
This is a wise decision if you want eternal life. I suggest you start today.

Lastly, becoming his Bride make us aware of the daily decisions we will make for the rest of our lives. My ultimate question to you is are you fully willing enough to accept the price He paid to make you his eternal partner (his only Bride?) His arms are waiting my friends. Let me tell you a little secret: no other religion or fantasy will get you to where you need to be: in his embrace. Trust me, no other "savior" can do this!
The world promises nothing; Jesus Christ promises everything.

Happy blogging! Stay safe!

Adventures with faith

This is how worship should be. Please enjoy.

Passing English 322

Today, was a grand day for me. Why?
I passed my English 322 fundamentals of reading course. Here are a few basic things I picked up from the semester:
Highlighting and annotating while reading text and material
Reading paraphrasing in incomplete sentences
Paraphrasing for say a term paper in complete sentences
Finding topics for paragraphs
Phrasing the topic "this paragraph is about a thing or things."
Paraphrasing the main idea "the author is trying to tell me that "?"
Finding the topic sentence which should be closest to what I wrote for the main idea
What "?"'s does the topic sentence bring up? The answers are major supporting details.
What points support these details? These are the minor supporting details.
What sentences are left over from the paragraph? These are the concluding or introductory sentences.
Sound familiar? I know you know this.

Main point: I walked out today from that class with a 3.7 "B"!
Celebrate? Cool!
Thanks for reading.

Moving forward

Today was my last day in my learning skills Teacher's classroom. Her name is Mrs. Rozman and she was very kind to me. However, let me explain how I got to this point in my career as a student:

Three semesters ago, one of my teachers in my program introduced me to her. This happened on February 4, 2012, which was my first day at Monterey Peninsula College. As you could probably tell I was nervous but she said she could squeeze me into her writing lab. I accepted and she wanted to see a sample of my writing. When she read it, she noticed a lot of grammar and spelling errors. She handed me a recommended sheet of paper that contained pre tests to check how far I was and what needed to be learned in class. I passed not all of them, but I did my level best.
The second semester of classes  were a prerequisite in order to fully earn my English in associate of arts degree. Anyway, I passed both classes with a 3.9  Grade point average. All quizzes and homework were pretty much easy when I got over the hurdles of English and grammar. Pretty soon I was passing on recommendations that included websites containing how to write proper grammar etc.
Before I came to today, I had a perquisite  meeting with my guidance counselor for  accommodations regarding my English 321 class for this fall. However, when I got out of the meeting, I got the feeling God was telling me to completely give up on all my Teacher's support labs even though she recommended them. So I went to the English and study skills center to confirm whether or not they offer support for students outside support labs. They not only said yes, they also said they help with all types of writing for any class. How cool is that?
When I told mrs. Rozman the breaking news, she was ecstatic for me leaving "the nest." She said she would love to watch me "fly" out of her hand in parental terms.
So when I woke up this morning, I was just a student. But when I left her room, I was something else ready to fly.
What are your accomplishments? How far have you come out of God's "nest?" I would absolutely love to hear your story and how you became a new person. Thanks. Blessings!

Amazing how God works

http://youtu.be/eOOFAaUGfRE

It is amazing how God works with us through our trials isn't it?
When you are persecuted for your faith what do you do? Do you run and get mad? Or do you love the person? I challenge you everyday to walk in your faith through Jesus. Can you do it?
Watch the video and see for yourself.
Bye!

How God works in my life

This is how Jesus works in my life.
It starts with a simple prayer. Today I learned how to stay steadily with Him. Here's how:
Today (5/14) was priority registration for classes at MPC and I quickly figured out that I needed to register for a support lab to go with my English 321 class.
My point is this: if God can use his word to provide for me, he can do it for you. Just keep your head up, stay alert in prayer. His word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. Blessings!

Boyfriends versus Jesus My Holy Husband: A True Story

This is a blog based on my experience with Jesus my savior, men and earthly pleasures. Please join me in talking about how the Lord blessed me in the middle of it all. So grab a mug, fill it with your favorite drink and sit back and relax. It’s going to be a wild ride.

When I was eight years old, I came forward to accept Christ as my personal Lord and Savior. Now you’re probably asking yourself, “She’s young, how can she become religious at an age such as eight?” Not necessarily true that I’m “religious” but you probably get the point that I’m not right? Hope so.

I’m not religious per say, I more likely have a relationship with a God through his Son Jesus Christ. I just have a strong Marriage with my King.

My experience with other men
Anyway, as I grew in my relationship with Him, I eventually started looking towards other men for relationships and love as if He was not enough.  The next thing I know I’m in love with these guys and am completely forgetting my focus on God. I wanted so much out of life it was as if love was not worth finding in Him.

I am going to be long and will explain what happened to me over the years with other boys and men:

·      Not only did I start looking for answers to my love questions in men, I started dating. When dating, I would seek marriage and future family hoping they would understand my hunger for affection.
·      If the boy liked me enough and I liked him, we would go out which concluded that he was “the one” for me. Needless to say when we would break up, I would get so mad at God and once again, completely fog out His deep and precious love for me his Bride.
·      Because of my incest survival even though it happened during my childhood and teen hood, when dating, I would hope for sex and hope that got me out of the memories of molestation. Hoping for this precious gift only made it worse even though I hoped it would fill in the gap for a future lover and husband.
·      Every time I continue dating, I would ask the boy questions like “Do you love me?” or “Do you want to spend your life with me?” (That question included marriage and a family as well.) This would (or I hoped it would) speed up the relationship and would later cause confusion between the window of love versus marriage and dating.
·      Finally, when I didn’t get what I wanted, a future husband, I would for example cry in my bedroom and wonder why the heck did God allow this to happen.

Jesus knocking at my door
Finally, Jesus showed up at my doorstep and told me something I didn’t like to hear: “Tatiana, you need to come clean of your passionate love for men and turn towards me. I’ll be waiting at the front door of your heart if you need anything. I love you.”

It was not until I met my ex-boyfriend that I thought He was testing me. WRONG!  It appeared that he was just letting me walk my own path until I decided that I needed his love only. This took years and is still affecting me at this point and to this day.

Meeting whom I thought was my lover
When I met my ex-boyfriend Ryan, I decided to look to him and forget about God. Of course my decision was to marry him so I started texting him love stories from the Song of Solomon one of the books in the Bible. It was not until I started talking about marriage that he started talking about children. My heart was excited but at the same time, I was nervous to go that route. I proceeded and took my own matters into what I thought God was testing our relationship for: marriage. Nope.

A few days ago, I texted Ryan saying good night and hoped he would respond with love. Sure enough, I received the following text: “No we’re breaking up.” I was really upset and it took me until today to figure out that it was Jesus who was splitting us up for good. I was hurt but not devastated only because I knew in my heart that He was the one. I am His Bride. He loves me and there is no question about His pure love.

Today, I began to figure out that Jesus wanted all me and nothing else. It became clear that He was teaching me how to look to Him for love and not men. Sure enough I fell in love with him and began to seek only his face.  That’s what I was supposed to do regardless of circumstances hitting me.

Jesus, my Holy Husband
To this day, I continue to look to Him who lives forever. If I could choose whom my future Husband would be it would be Jesus Christ.

God loves me first and loves me most but at the same time loves you too. His love burns deep like coals on a hot stove but are passionate with gentle zeal and affection.  He wants you if you would do the following: Read my first post and pray that prayer in it. Come. He loves you. You just need to come as you are Beautiful one.

Hope you enjoyed this blog. Happy blogging!

My Friend's Experience and the News that Followed

What happened this morning? Thursday, January 31, 2013
At about 4:30am I woke to my alarm going off. I wasn’t sure if I should get up or not and do my devotionals. I had time but I chose to sleep in until 7:00am. No one woke me except myself.

When I came out of my room my friend told me to check on my roommate. When I went to open her door I called her name. She didn’t answer and I thought she was sleeping so I looked the other way. When I did, she was lying on her floor (had fallen out of bed) and was unconscious. The staff was on the phone with 911 in tears. The paramedics arrived and I was baffled. I didn’t know what to do so I proceeded to do my chore.

What was my part?
I shut up. I right away prayed using my prayer language, speaking in tongues. I knew exactly what to do and did it anyway.

A few moments later, they took her to the hospital and everyone proceeded to their duties. I of course, decided to continue praying in tongues. I knew I was doing the right thing praying for her issue.

Moments later while I was at school, my mom called me and told me I would be let out of school early. I went with the flow and continued on my way.

I knew I wasn’t going to let Satan win this round at all. Period. I love Jesus and that’s that!

Related issues in Tennessee
Another friend who I knew in Tennessee had similar issues falling out of bed. This would happen in the middle of the night. I would wake up to my midnight staff screaming my name. My friend would be lying on the floor having a seizure and possible bleeding.

At one point, an ambulance came to pick her up. Afterwards everything would be okay and she would be back in bed sleeping.  The story I am continuing with is much worse so pay attention.

My intercessory zone
A few hours after I was picked up, we came home. As soon as everyone was seated down we were told the news that my friend never made it. Apparently she had fallen so hard she had a big bump on the sensitive part of her brain that caused the death.

While hearing the news, I couldn’t take it. I was miserable, crying and nearly threw up three times. I also had a headache that made it worse.  I could not sleep no matter how hard I tried. I was just bent out of shape.

I hope after you read this you take time to pray out of your busy schedule for her family. They need all the prayer they can get. Thank you and God bless!

Coming to Know Jesus Christ

Have you ever wondered what being a Christian is like?

In this video, the singer sings about how he is paralytic inside his own soul screaming for Jesus.
If you do not yet know who Jesus is after this video, I invite you to read my latest blog titled: "What Life Should Look Like: The Truth Behind Christianity." It has some amazing beginners stuff included and I think you will enjoy it.

Gotta go but check back here soon where there's more Jesus on the Table.
Bye.

Relationships and How God Works Through Them

This blog is about how I met my ex-boyfriend and how we split up. I hope you will join me as I recount remembering my firsthand experience with him.

Should we date? Hmmm.
Okay, let me start off by saying that God didn’t pick him out he picked me. He thought I was cute and funny and that was it. Pretty stupid when you expect the boy to like you a little then a lot, but he only likes you 20%. And why?

Birthday wishes for boyfriend
Let’s just say I honored him by giving him a birthday card for his 20th birthday.  But there’s more.

Let the nightmare begin
Anyway, we started dating and when we did, we started calling each other. We tried his cell, but that didn’t work so we switched to his home phone.

When we began talking, eventually, he got me interested in talking about marriage and what he calls “the inappropriate thing” including tying me to my marriage bed (with him) and taking off my undergarments. I was upset when I heard this mainly because it sounded like a threat. I went to school one day feeling this way, aka, pissed off and hurt!

A friend of mine who I texted about this told me that I should break up with him because it appeared to her that he was tempting me sexually. I declined and continued to go with the flow and sure enough I landed in a poop hole a month later. Let’s discuss that and then we will continue on my journey with my Holy Marriage with the Lamb, my Husband.

The break-up and how it tore me to pieces
On January 5, 2013, I was pacing around my home when I decided to call my mom to tell her what was going on. I told her everything and we investigated what would happen if I didn’t break-up with him. Sure enough it came to the conclusion that I should and there should be no excuses whatsoever.

I was crying. I was miserable. No other girl or young woman even if they were going through the same experience could possibly understand how I felt.

I hung up with my mom obviously because I knew or at least I thought it would be the end of the world for me. What I didn’t know was that God had his Son in mind for me (the perfect bride) from the beginning. All I had to do was surrender completely to him and let him mend this open/broken and wounded heart.

I called my boyfriend and told him everything. Unfortunately he was extremely rude about it so I made it quick and hung up.

Let the Healing begin
There’s an awesome song out there called “Worn” by one of my favorite bands. The song is about how when life gives you it’s worst, you’re supposed to cry out to God even though your prayers are wearing thin and you’re worn. I love that song because it deeply speaks to me and tells me that God can and will mend my broken/torn heart and put the puzzle pieces back in place.

Anyway, I decided to post on Facebook about the incident and got a lot of responses. One of which I won’t say because it’s confidential. What I’m saying is that a lot of friends gave their best love, prayers and care to me. I felt a little better afterwards but soon started looking towards a friend of mine who I knew from high school.

What was my part and why didn’t I turn to Christ?
I soon figured out that I wasn’t getting anywhere regarding searching for the love of my life/husband of my dreams. I contacted my friend from high school and we started talking. He posted on my wall that he wants to be there for me and I deeply appreciated that. He’s a good friend and I like him a lot.

But as soon as I fell asleep one night, God told me that He was more then enough and that only He could fully satisfy that deep longing for a love that not even my friend could fill.

When I was at a young age, I came forward and accepted Christ as my personal Lord and Savior. Now that I’m saved I call it a Holy marriage because He is my Bridegroom King and I am forever His Bride. I’m the happiest girl a Bridegroom King could ever want. I live for his sake only and there’s no Man that could EVER take his place in my heart because I am sealed with his fiery seal of perfect Love.

I don’t have to look to another man to satisfy the deep longing because Jesus fully satisfies that.  Perfect love casts out ALL fear. Satan: you can’t get me because when you fell from Heaven, you lost EVERYTHING you had planned.

Closure for Salvation
If you ladies and gentlemen are like me and you’re looking to satisfy an empty soul but don’t intimately know Jesus Christ, I am inviting you to come as you are. His Word says he satisfies the hungry/starving soul and clothes them in righteousness just the way he made them.

If that’s you, I want to invite you to pray a prayer with me so you too can experience His perfect Love, which will cast out ALL your fears. I’m deadly serious that He loves you so much that he died for you on a brutal cross (bleeding with love) just for his favorite future Bride: you!

Would you pray with me?
Dear Jesus,
I acknowledge that I am a sinner and am not perfect as I think I am. I know you came to earth to die for my sins so I accept your precious gift of forgiveness. I also ask that you forgive me and wash me cleaner than snow so I can come into Salvation with you so that when I pass, I go to Heaven to rule and reign with you forever as your Bride. I confess with my mouth and believe in my heart fully that you are my eternal Bridegroom King. Thank you sweet Jesus for your gift of salvation and that I am now yours forevermore. In your Name I pray. Amen.

If you prayed that prayer and you have fully been cleansed by His Blood, I want to invite you to find or get involved in a local church. Tell them that you heard about Jesus and have accepted him as Lord and Savior and you want to take the next steps to walk with Him in intimacy (not inappropriately but in harmony) forever.

Well, I sure hope you have enjoyed this blog. Come back soon and there will be more food on the Holy table for everyone. Tootles!
