Feeling defeated sometimes? Why not set some type of goals in life.

Setting small goals help us grow in our faith!
We can set these small or mini goals physically by drinking eight glasses of water today. Or dedicate time to memorizing one bible verse or learning a new worship song for a full five minutes. 

If you set these small or mini goals physically and spiritually and that will position is for progress today and hope for tomorrow.
