I will confess, coffee causes seizures for me because of the caffeine. So, what is a woman of God to do???

Give up? Read the word of God? Or both? 

How about both? Ha! 

Okay Saints, now I really mean it this time, I am not joking.

Para ser honesto, y preguntar, ¿cómo usas tu energía una vez que te entregas a Él?

Ahora, no bebo soda, té o café, porque siempre he estado hiperactivo de mi propia energía. ¿Dónde consigo esta "energía"?

Paso uno: Antes de que mis pies golpearan el piso, mis rodillas golpearon el colchón, lo que significa que me desplazo y rezo después de dormir a mi lado. Rezo por cinco minutos.

Segundo paso: mis pies golpean el suelo, mi oración es: "Jesús me da energía". Cuando empiezo a sentirme somnoliento, mi oración es: "¡Jesús me despierta!".

Paso tres: Tomo una taza de agua fría antes del desayuno y otra taza después de comer y tomar mi medicación.

Por último, estoy listo para ir!

Pero esa es mi historia de rendición sobre la cafeína.

Caffeinated Drinks Versus Waking Up Every Morning: How do you surrender your all to the Lord God Almighty?

What does it mean to fully surrender to the Lord God Almighty? Hillary Scott’s song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dp4WC_YZAuw, can help yo understand what I am talking about when I say fully surrender to the Lord. 

To be honest, and to ask, how do you use your energy once you surrender to Him? 

Now, I don’t drink soda, tea or coffee, because I have always been hyper off my own energy. Where do I get this "energy?" 

Step one: Before my feet hit the floor, my knees hit the mattress which means I roll over and pray after sleeping on my side. I pray for five minutes. 

Step two: The split second my feet hit the floor, my prayer is, "Jesus give me energy." When I start to feel drowsy or sleepy, my prayer is, "Jesus wake me up!"

Step three: I take in a cup of cold water before breakfast and another cup after eating and taking my medication. 

Finally, I am ready to GO! 

But that’s just my surrender story on caffeine.

¿Cafeína? Hacer lo que Jesús le dice.

Estaba cansado, el otro día y decidimos probar una nueva tendencia: el té verde en lugar de café por la tarde.

Pues bien, hoy, mi error, ya terminé de beber té verde caliente esta mañana después de una conversación con mi Salvador. Sí, en mis rodillas! Ayer por la noche, Él y yo tuvimos una conversación acerca de mi mala costumbre de no levantarse en el momento en que él o profesional del cuidado de me llamó.

A continuación, es una imagen de lo que solía beber mi segunda taza de té verde por la tarde.

Espero que esto te inspira a hacer lo que dice Jesús y confiar en él y no en sus propios ingenios.

Cómo seguir adelante en la vida: el reparto verdadero Dios

en que crees? ¿Jesús? ¿Dios? ¿Cielo o infierno? Quiero que sepa que existen los cuatro, pero sólo dos para poder llegar a donde tiene que estar en la vida. Se trata de Jesús y de Dios, que son los mismos. Los tres, Padre, Hijo, Espíritu Santo, tres son los que es y lo Uno. Si esto es verdad!

Muchas personas hoy en día piensan que sin Dios que pueden conseguir a lo largo de la vida. Tengo noticias para usted, usted no puede conseguir a lo largo de la vida sin uno o! Se quema para ti y te ama incondicionalmente! Estoy hablando de su Corazón para usted!

Que el Dios de Abraham, Isaac y Jacob descansar Su paz perfecta entre usted y puede sentir su presencia SIEMPRE!

How To Carry On In Life: The Real God Deal

What do you believe in? Jesus? God? Heaven or Hell? I want you to know that all four exist, but only Two will get you to where you need to be in life. This is Jesus and God who are the same. All three, Father, Son, Holy Spirit, are three Who's and One what. Yes this is true!

Many people today think that without God they can get along in life. I have News for you, you can't get along in life without either or! He burns for you and loves you unconditionally! I am speaking from His Heart for you!

May the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob rest His perfect Peace amongst you and may you feel his presence ALWAYS!

Caffeine? Do what Jesus tells you.

I was tired the other day and decided to try a new trend: Green Tea instead of coffee in the afternoon.

Well, today, I stand corrected because I wound up drinking hot Green Tea this morning after a conversation with my Savior. Yes, on my knees! Last night, He and I had a conversation about my bad habit of not getting up on time when he or my care provider called me. 

Below, is a picture of what I used to drink my second cup of Green Tea in the afternoon.
