Think and pray about the number of times you talk about your faith besides the number of times you talk about your favorite television show/store! 

Be organic about spending time with those who do NOT know this Jesus. Pray with people and pray for people. 

Hope to God that this pursuades you to know him better, even for the first time!!

¿Qué es la oración: cómo comunicar con Jesús en un nivel más alto

Es fácil pensar que Dios nos lo que queramos puede dar cuando oramos.

Pero, en la vida cristiana que no es cómo trabaja Dios. En realidad, cuando oramos, tenemos que recordar las famosas palabras de nuestro Salvador: Mateo 6: 6

Pero tú, cuando ores, entra en tu cuarto, cierra la puerta y ora a tu Padre que está en secreto. Y tu Padre, que ve lo que se hace en secreto, te recompensará.

Lo que quiero decir es cuando oramos, estamos para no mostrar apagado oración, sino para orar en silencio en secreto.

Cuando oren, no hablen sólo por hablar como hacen los gentiles, porque ellos se imaginan que serán escuchados por sus muchas palabras.

Finalmente hermanos y hermanas, oren por los demás, así como a sí mismos y dan alegría porque Dios ama al dador alegre.

What prayer is: how to communicate with Jesus on a higher level

It's easy to think that God can give us whatever we want when we pray.

But, in the Christian life that is not how God works. In reality, when we pray, we need to remember the famous words of our Savior: Matthew 6:6

But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. 

What I mean is when we pray, we are to not show off praying but to silently pray in secret. 

Matthew 6:7

And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.

Finally brothers and sisters, pray for others as well as yourselves and give cheerfully because God loves a cheerful giver.
