What do you believe about Religion? Tell me your story below

"Please don't remove the water tower," the news article stated.
This is a big hit and we need to pray for these atheists and agnostics who are not in control of what this church is doing.

Hope you are doing well as you try to bring Christ and His love into the world!

Blessings!

Prayer and Bible reading: how to annotate and highlight your life

Have you ever felt like God's walked out on you?

Come to Jesus because whatever is holding you back from surrender is fear.
Tell you what: the next time you read your Bible, write down in it everything you  learn from Him. Write notes, annotate and highlight in this precious gift and book.
In fact, why not pray before you began to read!
If you look at the picture above, you will notice how it illustrates how our prayer lives should be in the morning and at night.
I agree that we should not take prayer lightly at all! When two our more are gathered together in Christ's name, the bible says he will be there for us and meet our needs.
Alright, my people, it's time to go but I promise my loved ones (you) I would never leave you in this life blogging journey alone.
See you next blog!!!

Honor your family: the truth about love and friendship

Have someone ever told you that Christians call God Allah in a different way then Muslims do?
Recently I was talking with a family member about this subject and she told me that Jesus' language was Aramaic which is true. And I do believe that.
But this morning I was confronted by a friend of mine who reminded me that Christians calling God Allah, is false teaching. However, like I said in my earlier post yesterday, we should check Scripture regularly to see if what they are saying is true or if it is against or contrary to the Bible.

Above is a picture of a Muslim temple. They at their church call God Allah.

We Christians call on our God who is Jesus Christ the Messiah!

You see there is a difference between Muslims and Christians calling God in that name (Allah.)
My friend who explained this told me that she went to Israel in Jerusalem and saw Jesus' Cross.
Sad news: above His crucifixion was a sign put by Muslims which read:

"There is no God but Allah!"

Muslims people! Muslims put that sign on Jesus' Cross! Now tell me we Christians call God and Jesus Allah!

I love you my readers but I don't want you to fall into a pit of dispair just because someone told you what they believe is the truth about Jesus and religion.

Love to all!
Blessings!

Living by God's Sufficiency Versus Man's Sufficiency

There is a difference between living by man's sufficiency and living by God's sufficiency.
Here is what I mean. Man's sufficiency is to get with it and make it happen and do all the things by himself. We are all familiar with the kingdom of man, but the kingdom of heaven is different.
The Kingdom of heaven makes us understand that we are to depend upon God and his sufficiency which is fully sufficient versus man's sufficiency which isn't sufficient. Why?
Because when we try to live by our own sufficiency, we fail to understand God's truth. However, if we live by His suffciency we are fully sufficient in Christ.

More in the link below.

2 Corinthians 3:5-6 NIV
[5] Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God. [6] He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant---not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

Valuable lessons in the bible: How to Truly Study the Word of God

Today I learned a very valuable lesson about churches. In fact, to be completely honest, I feel like I should check with what my pastor says versus what the Bible says. You following me?
I was reminded of how other people worship Christ and how the Bible should be studied. What I am getting at is that just because someone like a pastor says something out of context from the Bible, we are to look at the Scriptures and know what is there in the book rather than go along with what he or she says in the church today.
In other words, if someone or anyone for that matter says something out of the Book that seems true, before you believe them, check your facts in God's Word firsthand.
Be smart and deligint in the Word and in Christ! I mean brothers and sisters, if we are called to live godly lives then we need to check the scriptures daily!

Read, study and memorize Romans 8 the whole chapter! My mom is strongly encouraging me to do so, so I expect the same from my siblings in Christ.

Romans 8:1-39 NIV
[1] Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, [2] because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death. [3] For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh, [4] in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. [5] Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. [6] The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. [7] The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God's law, nor can it do so. [8] Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God. [9] You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ. [10] But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness. [11] And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you. [12] Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation---but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it. [13] For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live. [14] For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. [15] The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” [16] The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. [17] Now if we are children, then we are heirs---heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. [18] I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. [19] For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. [20] For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope [21] that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God. [22] We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. [23] Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies. [24] For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? [25] But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. [26] In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. [27] And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God's people in accordance with the will of God. [28] And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. [29] For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. [30] And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified. [31] What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? [32] He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all---how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? [33] Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. [34] Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died---more than that, who was raised to life---is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. [35] Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? [36] As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” [37] No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. [38] For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, [39] neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

What prayer is: how to communicate with Jesus on a higher level

It's easy to think that God can give us whatever we want when we pray.

But, in the Christian life that is not how God works. In reality, when we pray, we need to remember the famous words of our Savior: Matthew 6:6
But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
What I mean is when we pray, we are to not show off praying but to silently pray in secret.

Matthew 6:7
And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.

Finally brothers and sisters, pray for others as well as yourselves and give cheerfully because God loves a cheerful giver.

Blessings!

Impossible Versus Possible Situations: How Life Constantly Throws You A Curve Ball

Have you ever faced an impossible situation where something so little seemed really big?
Recently, a friend of mine was reading about a king in the Bible. He was facing impossible odds when three countries came against his small army. So, he prayed. After praying, the king realized two crucial things: 1. the battle wasn't his to fight so he had to say aloud, "God I need to to fight this battle for me, and 2. he decided to send out a choir of men singing praises to God instead of his mighty fighting men. As these praises went out, the enemy army got confused and started fighting among themselves. This king won the battle without EVER lifting a single sword.

I don't know about you, but I needed to hear that! Yes, God wants us to fight, but not fight the battles we face daily alone. Proverbs 31 can help you understand that you are not alone in this journey whether you're a single parent, divorced parent, widowed, or just feel alone you are not by yourself. There are other people that carry the same struggle, the same burden by themselves and they need your encouragement.

I sure hope this has helped to strengthen you today and beyond your years!

With tender love and care,

Tatiana

Good Morning? A reality check on the Next Day on Earth

Thank you Jesus for another day! This is a constantly reality check so-to-speak prayer.
It is extremely important and vital that we thank the Lord for each day in spite of what hits us.

Today, I was reminded of this exact point from a bus driver. He reminded me that we are to thank Jesus not just throughout the day, but right when we first wake up!

There are a lot of people that didn't wake up this morning and you could be next. Not to scare you, but the reality is that you need to look at each day as a precious Gift from a good God (Jesus Christ). He loves you more than I do and he is your alarm clock even at 3am!

So no matter how many hours of sleep you get, (I get seven) he wants to talk and commuin with your heart and spirit!

So, don't wait for tomorrow, for our days on earth are nothing but a breath because they come and go!

Love and blessings!

Battles: Why not Stand instead of Fight the enemy

How many of you are already stoked by the Lord's love? Come on be honest.
Lately, I have been stoked by His love and seen breakthrough in and out of season. How?
I was given peace and security when I was told that my friend had to have surgery again this morning as I prepared to walk out the door. I declared life into her bones and peace into her heart as she finished telling me this.
Yes, I am a prayer warrior and fight the good fight even for people. The battle is always the Lord's not mine. I have learned that when it comes to fighting for others, we need to let the Lord do the fighting and not ourselves.
Fighting the good fight but don't get discouraged.

I pray this post and many others have and will encourage you to acknowledge God before fighting and remember to stand on God's promises not only fight.

Blessings!

Sharing the Love of God: How to not be afraid of people when doing so

Ever been fearful about sharing your faith to others? Sharing your faith naturally, can be easy and sometimes hard. I know from my personal experience of sharing what Jesus asks me to say has been difficult at times because I am afraid of criticism or persecution of faith. Either or, I have learned not to be fearful in the process because God will be glorified.

Acts 2:1-13 NIV
[1] When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. [2] Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. [3] They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. [4] All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them. [5] Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. [6] When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken. [7] Utterly amazed, they asked: “Aren't all these who are speaking Galileans? [8] Then how is it that each of us hears them in our native language? [9] Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, [10] Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome [11] (both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs---we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!” [12] Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another, “What does this mean?” [13] Some, however, made fun of them and said, “They have had too much wine.”

So, go out there and share your faith and don't be afraid of those who want to kill or hurt your body because they cannot touch your soul. Rather, fear God who can destroy both body and soul in Hell! Matthew 10:28

Victory Over Sin and Death: How Jesus won it all

Psalm 21:9 NIV
[9] When you appear for battle, you will burn them up as in a blazing furnace. The Lord will swallow them up in his wrath, and his fire will consume them.

Remember that God is at work in your lives and He is stoked about you as I mentioned in my earlier post from yesterday.
Anyway, what I mean is Jesus Christ fights your battles for you and I and won the victory when he died on the Cross.
Here is what I mean:
Psalm 21:11-13 NIV
[11] Though they plot evil against you and devise wicked schemes, they cannot succeed. [12] You will make them turn their backs when you aim at them with drawn bow. [13] Be exalted in your strength, Lord; we will sing and praise your might.

So don't worry about life because though it looks like we need to fight and win, remember when you were lost Jesus Christ won the battles with his death on the Cross!

Victory is yours, you just need to accept the invitation of Salvation.

Blessings!

You are Loved: How Only Jesus Christ can go so deep you can't stand it

Jesus is Jealous for you! Yes, you!
He wants to stoke the desire in your heart to love him more.
More importantly, only He can do this stoking of his Desire for you!
I am no longer a slave to fear because I am a child of God! Yes, I am and you are too if you believe and come to the cross and accept Him as Lord so he can Stoke this desire in your soul!
Why you may ask? Because you seem hungry for my blogs so in that case, I am feeding you more of Him alone. He LOVES you so much better than that earthly love radio stations advertise about!
From Jesus to you: Song of Songs 4:9-11 NIV
[9] You have stolen my heart, my sister, my bride; you have stolen my heart with one glance of your eyes, with one jewel of your necklace. [10] How delightful is your love , my sister, my bride! How much more pleasing is your love than wine, and the fragrance of your perfume more than any spice! [11] Your lips drop sweetness as the honeycomb, my bride; milk and honey are under your tongue. The fragrance of your garments is like the fragrance of Lebanon.

That's about as loving as I can get with you my readers but only He can go deeper!

Blessings!!!!

Nations and Chosen People: How Jesus Chose you to Change this world

You were chosen! Yes, you!
Genesis 12:2-3
"I will make you into a great nation.
I will bless you.
I will make your name great.
You will be a blessing to others.
I will bless those who bless you.
I will put a curse on anyone who calls down a curse on you.
All nations on earth
will be blessed because of you."
Not only were you chosen, but i believe someone reading this post will be changed for life through Christ I pray!

The Lord of hosts wants to captivate you in his Loving arms and wrap them tight and snugly around your heart and soul!

Would you let Him today?

Blessings!

Love: It's hidden in the making

Jesus wants it all! What do I mean by that?
I am talking about your lovemaking, love, relationships both personal and intimate, and your nights just so He can turn it into a testimony to other lovers in your life. Let Him take you captive in Love because he loves you! LOVES you so much! Fix your eyes on the Lover of your soul!
Song of Songs 7:12 NIV
[12] Let us go early to the vineyards to see if the vines have budded, if their blossoms have opened, and if the pomegranates are in bloom---there I will give you my love.
Spiritual love is a challenge for me to share with you. When I first surrendered my life to Christ Jesus, I thought He wanted everything in me about my understanding of lovemaking. And yes, he did fall madly in love with me at that moment! Unfortunately the definition of biblical lovemaking is not sex, it is going deeper on a personal level with the One who Loves you first and loves you most!
He burns for you! It is a furnace that burns brighter and glows more each  day. Yes, he loves you!
Hope this post and many others give you peace and most importantly, His love!

Jesus bless!

Jesus: How He is the Rock of our Salvation

This is incredible! I am talking about the news story in this blog! You will absolutely love this moving story.
To be honest, this reminds me of my dad and how he passed of cancer.
You see, this life is short though we would love to think we have all the time in the world to do what we want.

James 4:13-17 NIV
[13] Now listen, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.” [14] Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. [15] Instead, you ought to say, “If it is the Lord's will, we will live and do this or that.” [16] As it is, you boast in your arrogant schemes. All such boasting is evil. [17] If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn't do it, it is sin for them.

Proof is in the pudding everyone.
Love to all!!!

Love: How Jesus Loved You First and Foremost

Jesus wants you to know you are loved! Yes, you! You are loved by Him both inside and outside! Why? Because you and I were created for a purpose in this life. We were created to love and be loved by our Creator!
Does Jesus love me that much or just more than I could ever imagine? Newsflash: He fell in LOVE with you before you were ever born and before you were conceived into your mother's womb. Psalm 139:16 says, "your eyes saw my body even before it was formed. You planned how many days I would live. You wrote down the number of them in your book before I had lived through even one of them."
The Word also says that God created your innermost being and knit you together in your mother's womb. Amazing huh? Wow!

Hope you enjoy your day!

Blessings!

Splurging: How to Eat healthy and take care of our Temple

Have you ever managed to eat right for a few days and then spurge on something as simple as a candy bar? I have news for you. It is no excuse to eat unhealthy food even though the normal excuse comes down to everybody does it.
I will pray for all of you that you eat right. The bible makes it clear that our bodies are a temple for which the Holy Spirit dwells.
1 Corinthians 3:16 NIV
[16] Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in your midst?
1 Corinthians 6:19 NIV
[19] Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;

Hope you understand!

News flash and how we React to what we see daily

Have you ever wondered what the news must be like during this season in our country? I do because I wonder if we will ever be safe within the next 20 years. This concerns me and I am certain it concerns you as readers (my readers).
However, have faith and hope because Jesus is coming soon! Find comfort in the midst of your dispair and peace whatever there is none. Jeremiah 29:11 says that God has a plan for you and it is a great plan and what better way to please Christ than to trust in his plans for your life. Trust in Him and you will live a secured life here on earth!

Blessings!

Are you Hungry for the Word? I know I am!

Do you ever feel dicontentment when you read your bible? Or how about when you do your devotional in the morning?
I have been there and know where you are. Please know I am praying for you.
Now remember, this does not mean that you can run out and buy another bible to add to your collection of God's word.
Instead, you need to put God first in all you do and nothing less. I am talking about resistance to put you book bible down but never avoid reading it!
I hope you are hungry for the Word, cause I know I am!
Hope this inspired you to dig deeper into His book of Life.

Blessings!
